Charles was easy to work with and actually listened. We had a tub and shower stall removed to make a handicap shower. It turned out sooo nice. And we also had tile installed around our existing fireplace from the floor to the ceiling and a new mantle installed. In addition to that, we had to repair the ceiling over our pool table due to an air conditioning leak and decided rather than repair the sheetrock,
we would put up tongue and groove and stain it. We also had some electrical work done that an inspector found needing to be done from our home inspection before we bought our house. We will definitely call him in the future for more work we would like to have done.

Charles did a great job remodeling an outside bathroom and upgrading another bathroom.
His people are always on time and professional.
I would not hesitate to recommend Charles.

It was great working with Charles, especially with his follow through during the project. We were out of town a lot while Charles was working to get information to prepare our bid, but Charles was in constant communication with email. When we were back in town and ready to start work, everything was in order and work started on time. I enjoyed working with Charles, would not hesitate to hire him again and would recommend him for home repairs.

Charles was recommended to us from a friend in our neighborhood and we could not be more pleased with our bathroom remodels. Both of our Jack n Jill bathrooms upstairs were in desperate need of updating. Charles came in and gave us a great quote and the work was completed in 2 1/2 weeks from start to finish. Charles has done remodels and renovations for many of my clients and myself! (He remodeled a master bathroom for me) . What I love about him is his attention to detail and ability to listen to my needs and wants and putting my ideas to paper. He also is awesome in items some contractors look over like including permits needed, drawings with specific materials or allowances and his quotes are right on what you expect to end up paying. More often then not, I have hired contractors in the past who have quoted me a specific amount and then jacked up the cost for every little thing that they didn't think to include in their quote. I prepared myself for this to happen with Colter Reid, but it never did. The only difference I paid from original quote was if I added something or upgraded my materials. I felt like at the end of the day, I got the master bathroom of my dreams at the price I was quoted from the get go! It was like I got a bonus check at the end of my remodel! Charles is a loyal and trustworthy professional with a lot of integrity and a knack for making his client's happy, which is why I will keep on recommending him to all my friends, relatives and clients! Charles...Thank you for not only doing a great job for me but for also making sure my clients were satisfied with your work! There is nothing worse than recommending someone for a job and hearing about issues that they had with them later on. I tell my clients over and over again Charles isn't the cheapest nor is he the most expensive but you will end up getting a wonderful renovation at a more than fair price!

Charles remodeled my home after it was flooded from Harvey. As my son said, Charles gets all his ducks in a row before starting the reconstruction. Charles's sub contractors were very professional and I felt very comfortable around them. When an "issue" came up Charles was quick to solve the problem and make me happy. A phrase that was used during the remodel was "this is your home and it should be the way you like it". I would recommend Charles for both large and small projects.
